2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Scheduling: Appointments can be made via our website or by phone. Availability is subject to confirmation.

• Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee. For details, refer to our Cancellation Policy.

3. Payments & Fees

• Payment is due upon completion of the inspection unless otherwise agreed.
