Field Technicians Wanted

StructureSpect is inviting certified home inspectors throughout the Atlanta Metro Area and Georgia to join our Field Technician/Inspector Network. This is an opportunity to boost your income by visiting properties in your area to collect information on our behalf. Additionally, you can choose to provide buyers and other clients with manufactured home inspections. Either way, you decide which jobs to accept based on your availability and you’re compensated for your time and effort.

Our Field Technician/Inspector partners are integral to our service delivery model. We value the work they do and make every effort to show our appreciation. In addition to helping home inspectors generate more revenue, we provide annual bonuses and gifts to those who contribute to successful order fulfillment by consistently demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and strong performance.

Job Options

• Field Data Collection: Visit properties to capture photos, videos, measurements, notes, and other information per instructions.

• Home Inspection (Optional): Conduct mobile/manufactured home and other structurally related inspections and prepare high quality written reports. 

To ensure client satisfaction, either option requires that inspectors upload all data and reports to our online portal in a timely manner.

Requirements

• InterNACHI, ASHI, or equivalent home inspector certification

• Some manufactured home and/or structural inspection training or experience is preferred

• All necessary inspection equipment, tools, protective gear, etc.

• Smartphone or tablet for high-quality photos, video recording, electronic form completion, and note-taking

• Must be able to safely enter crawlspaces, attics, and other parts of residential and commercial buildings

• E&O/Professional Liability Insurance

• Either of the following is a plus:

  • Supra eKey affiliate access

  • Ability to obtain drone imagery (Remote Pilot Certificate required)

  • Infrared camera for thermography

• Professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail

• Type: Contractor / Flexible

• Compensation: Commission or flat-rate per job is paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
